Rain Syndicate Ltd (“Rain Syndicate”, “we”, “our”, “us”) is responsible for the online platforms and services associated with Real Lies and related projects, including e-commerce and ticketing activities (collectively, the “Sites”).

Rain Syndicate Ltd is a company registered in the United Kingdom, based in London, UK. For the purposes of the UK GDPR, Rain Syndicate Ltd is the data controller in relation to your data.

    You must be over 14 years of age to make a purchase.

  • Buy tickets for events through Resident Advisor or other ticketing partners, we receive your:
    full name, email address, ticket details, and order ID.

  • Contact us by email or social media, we may retain your correspondence to respond to your inquiry.

(b) Information Collected Automatically

We automatically collect technical information about your visit to our Sites, including your IP address, browser type, operating system, device information, and browsing patterns using cookies and similar technologies.

For events and live shows, ticket purchases may be handled via Resident Advisor or other authorised partners. These services share basic ticketing information (your name, email, and ticket reference) with us to verify entry and communicate essential event updates.
